Our Company collects the following data:

  • We collect Personal identification information for the purpose of booking appointments, providing services, billing, and invoicing. This may include your name, contact details, and payment information. (Name, email address, phone number, etc.)

You directly provide Our Company with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

  • Contact us for any of our products or services.
  • Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.
  • Fill in the contact form on our website.

Our Company collects your data so that we can:

  • Schedule appointments and send invoices.
  • Retain necessary information for satisfy our legal and compliance obligations, including the retention of financial data (e.g. invoices and billing)

Our Company securely stores digitally your data on password protected devices.

We use third-party software to facilitate invoicing (dinero.dk), and you can see the details on how they process data on their website.

If we, by mutual agreement, decide to schedule an encrypted virtual meeting, your email information may be stored in the web-meeting solution.

Our Company will keep your data for a minimum period of two years, unless  we need to  keep  it to discharge our legal obligations. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your data in our digital solutions.

We do not use your personal data to provide marketing information
